On Sunday, 16th February 2025, His Eminence Metropolitan Silouan visited the parish of Saint Constantine in York to celebrate the Divine Liturgy and preside over the ordinations of three faithful servants of the Church. During the service, Subdeacon Christopher Bennigsen was ordained to the diaconate, Reader Maximos Bryan was ordained to the subdiaconate, and Joseph Ford was ordained a reader. This was a moment of great joy for the parish and a blessing for the entire Archdiocese.

Following the Divine Liturgy, the clergy and faithful gathered to take photographs, commemorating this significant occasion in the life of the parish. A luncheon was then held, where the bishop and priests, together with the parishioners, gave thanks to God for His abundant blessings upon His Church and this community.

The visit to Saint parish of St Constantine was a moment of spiritual renewal and joy, marking not only the ordinations of new servants of the Church but also an opportunity for the faithful to reflect on their own journey of repentance and return to God.
